Mă bucur că nu am lăsat să treacă luna ianuarie fără să fi scris acest articol despre ”Borcanul Recunoștinței” (în engleză sună mai bine, dar asta e)... Cred că era destul de clar ce e de făcut încă din instrucțiunile de pe borcan (și, oricum, fiecare poate, în funcție de creativitatea sa, fie să elimine, fie să adauge lucruri), dar mi-am zis că aș putea face câteva mici mențiuni, care s-ar putea dovedi de folos mai ales celor care au copii... De exemplu, eu am implicat-o pe fetița mea de 6 ani și... nici nu vă imaginați ce fericită a putut să fie :) Cooptați-i și pe cei mici în acest joc, veți vedea că de multe ori ei sunt cei care vin cu borcanul seara și vă întreabă dacă nu vă apucați de scris lucruri frumoase pe jumătăți de bilețele, iar ei nici nu au nevoie de prea multe detalii sau de instrucțiuni, au un talent înnăscut pentru lucrurile astea... :) Este unul dintre cele mai simple lucruri pe care îl puteți face pentru a vă spori starea de bine și a vă bucura mai m...
